Companies that had no legal personality before 1 November 2018 must register with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) by 30 April 2019. After this date, it will be an offence for these companies not to have done so.
We advise you to take the appropriate steps and make use of the fact that you can currently register with the CBE free of charge.
