The deeds of incorporation of legal persons (companies, non-profit organisations, etc.) must be published in the Belgian Official Gazette.
As of 1 March 2019, their publication is subject to the following rates (including VAT), as announced on page 13487 of the Belgian Official Gazette of 14 February 2019:
For companies:
– Deeds supplied on paper: €283.38
– Deeds supplied electronically: €228.93
– Amendment of deeds supplied on paper or electronically: €166.13
For non-profit organisations (ASBLs), international non-profit organisations (AISBLs), foundations and other associations:
– Deeds supplied on paper: €196.14
– Deeds supplied electronically: €141.69
– Amendment of deeds supplied on paper or electronically: €132.98
